RENTAL FEE ARRANGEMENT

To reserve the cabin, renter makes contact with owner or caretaker (see below). Renter will inform owner or caretaker of renters method of payment (owner preferred method of payment is credit card or e-check, although personal checks are also welcome). Owner will send to the potential renter the "Rental Agreement", the "Reservation Form" and a Rates Quote either through the US Mail or the internet. Renter returns the signed "Reservation Form & Deposit Receipt" with payment that is equal to one half of the total rent due.

A Reservation confirmation and deposit receipt will be sent to renter upon owner receiving the above form and deposit. One month prior to the arrival date, the balance of the rental fee and a security deposit shall be paid by renter. At seven to fourteen days prior to the arrival date (providing that the balance of the rental fee and the security deposit have been paid), owner will send to the renter directions to the cabin, how to access a key to the cabin and a list of items that are supplied by the cabin.

Cancellation Policy
Renter may cancel the rental agreement by written notice. Written notice must be received by owner at least ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date to receive a refund of all sums paid, less a one hundred dollar ($100) non-refundable cancellation fee to be retained by owner. If renter cancels the rental agreement at 89 days or less prior to arrival date, the owner may retain all sums paid by renter up to the amount of the rental fee as liquidated damages.
