 RENTAL FEE ARRANGEMENT

Rates subject to change without notice until signed reservation form and reservation deposit received.

In addition to the above nightly or weekly rate, a $60 cleaning fee will be applied to all stays.

To reserve the cabin, renter makes contact with owner or caretaker ("contact us" button above). Reservations will only be made through HomeAway or Airbnb.  Owner and caretaker will be happy to take phone calls with any questions or concerns regarding the reservation process, amenities, house lay-out, etc.  These vacation rental sites also explain the process of reservation and payment.

Cancellation Policy   Renter may cancel the rental agreement by written notice. 100% refund will be given for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date; 50% refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in date.  If renter cancels the rental agreement at 6 days or less prior to arrival date, the owner may retain all sums paid by renter up to the amount of the rental fee as liquidated damages.
